Historic Review Commission

Historic Review Commission of Pittsburgh "Preservation Award" The Historic Review Commission (HRC) protects and maintains historically and architecturally significant buildings and neighborhoods in the City. The HRC is comprised of seven members appointed by the Mayor which must include an architect, a preservationist, a realtor, a building inspector, and a planner. The Commission recommends to City Council buildings which should be nominated for historic designation and administers the designation and subsequent review process. www.city.pittsburgh.pa.us
