Jendoco is led by 2nd-Generation Owner/CEO Domenic Dozzi, and President, Michael Kuhn under the fundamental beliefs that the built environment should have a Net-Positive impact on people, nature, and communities and that designing and constructing the places in which we live, work, worship, learn, heal, and play should be collaborative, creative, and fun.

It’s these beliefs, coupled with our more than 6 decades of experience and our dynamic team that led to the development of our unique approach to collaborative project delivery that establishes team alignment around guiding principles and project goals; implements proactive solution development; and embraces technology as a tool for visualization, coordination, and management; all in an effort to maximize project value and minimize project impacts.​
