Parkway West & Vista Business Park

Jendoco Construction Corporation has completed over one million square feet of warehouse distribution/flex space in the Parkway West and Vista Business Parks located in Robinson Township.

These facilities were constructed using the design build method in which Jendoco was involved from the initial concept of the buildings and worked closely with the owner, architect, and engineers to develop pricing and constructability analysis for these structures.  After the completion of the preconstruction services and establishment of a budget, the contractor then proceeded to manage all aspects of the construction process from the foundations, (which depending on the soil conditions included spread footings, grade beams, and/or caissons) structural steel package, roofing, mechanical, electrical and interior tenant fit out.

A number of the interior tenant fit outs required close coordination with the tenant of the facility due to the sophisticated nature of their operation.  Some of these included the installation of non-structural bearing cranes, advanced laboratories, state of the art medical diagnostic equipment, and highly secure environments for the installation of currency distribution vaults.
